Penne is large for a female pup, rivaling the largest pup in the litter, the male called “Meatball.” In fact, it can be hard to tell the two apart. Penne is a healthy little girl; she is confident and smart, and often keeps her nose to the ground, searching for a scent.
As of the writing of this post, Penne is not yet 5 weeks old; her training and behavioral observation work will become more intensive over the next few weeks. As she grows, we will update with more photographs and information.
